What's included​

Metrics​

The segment's numbers for the selected period: revenue, orders, average order value, discount rate, discount cost, revenue share and unique customers. See the metrics reference.

Discount codes used​

The discount codes customers in this segment used during the period, so you can see which promotions reach which customers.

Insights​

Any insight badges for the segment, with a short explanation and a suggestion of what to consider.

Using the detail view​

  1. Compare the segment's average order value and discount rate with your other segments
  2. Check the codes — are the right promotions reaching this group?
  3. Go deeper on Pro — the discount report shows, for each segment, how much discount went to recent full-price buyers and how often customers keep using discounts
