Settings

The Settings page shows your plan and sync status, and lets you refresh your data.

Store information​

  • Domain — your store's myshopify.com address
  • Plan — Free (Segment Scanner) or Pro
  • Sync status — whether the latest sync finished
  • Last synced — when data was last imported

Data summary​

  • Segments tracked — the number of customer segments SegmentIQ reads
  • Orders imported — the number of orders in SegmentIQ

Sync​

New and updated orders arrive automatically, and segment membership refreshes every night. If you've added customer segments or want a full refresh, start a re-sync from this section. It usually takes a few minutes, depending on how many orders you have.

Changing plan​

To start the Pro trial or return to the free plan, use the plan buttons in the app, which open Shopify's plan page. See Pricing.
