SegmentIQ is a read-only Shopify app that measures whether your existing discounts are actually working — broken down by customer segment.

It reads data from any discount source (native Shopify, Discount Ninja, Regios, Promi, and others) and shows you which discounts generate incremental revenue and which ones waste margin.

What SegmentIQ Does​

  • Scans your segments — automatically detects all customer segments in your store
  • Tracks discount performance — measures revenue, orders, AOV, and discount cost for each segment
  • Generates insights — flags segments that are over-dependent on discounts, neglected, or costing too much
  • Visualises concentration — shows how revenue is distributed across segments

What SegmentIQ Does NOT Do​

SegmentIQ is intentionally read-only. It never creates, modifies, or deletes any data in your store. It only reads orders, customers, discounts, and products to compute metrics.
