FAQ​

How do I start the free trial?​

Open SegmentIQ and click the button to see every code and segment. Shopify's plan page opens; choose Pro and approve. You won't be charged during the 14-day trial.

How do I go back to the free plan?​

Open Shopify's plan page from SegmentIQ and choose Segment Scanner. You keep your data and return to the free features straight away.

Do you offer annual pricing?​

Not at the moment. Pro is billed every 30 days through Shopify.
