Settings

The Settings page shows your store information and provides controls for managing your SegmentIQ data.

Store Information​

Displays your connected store's details:

  • Store name
  • Shopify plan
  • SegmentIQ plan (Free, Measure, or Optimise)

Re-sync Data​

If you need to refresh your data outside of the automatic daily sync, click Re-sync now to trigger a fresh data pull from your store. This is useful if you've:

  • Added new customer segments
  • Created new discount codes
  • Made significant changes to your store setup

A re-sync typically takes 1–3 minutes depending on your order volume.

Data Summary​

Shows a quick overview of the data SegmentIQ has synced:

  • Segments tracked — number of customer segments
  • Orders analysed — total orders in the database
  • Discounts detected — number of unique discount codes and automatic discounts
  • Last synced — timestamp of the most recent sync
